| | Gilstrap Academy Dance Ministry | Giving God Our Best | "Use the art of dance and creative movement to encourage and fulfill a youthful ministry experience that exemplifies love, expresses gratitude and joy, ministers to and touches the lives and spirits of others, and uses the gift of God’s temple as an instrument of worship to bring honor, glory, and praise to God.”
| GADM | Saturday from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at Several Dancers Core Studio in Decatur, GA | | | | Dance Ministry Website | MUSMIN | Music Ministry | | danceministry@historicebenezer.org | The Gilstrap Academy Dance Ministry is for young children who are ages 8 to 18 and members of Ebenezer. This ministry, was established with a mission to provide the children and youth with an opportunity to exemplify Christ through creative expressions of praise and worship and to honor and glorify God through movement. | The members of this ministry have been provided with the opportunity to grow, experience, and learn about the gift of ministry through dance and the unique purpose they have within the church. Each member is encouraged to learn about their unique gift and how God has created in them a special “giving” that allows them to minister to others. While participating in this ministry, the dancers have had the opportunity to learn discipline, accountability, focus, commitment, and responsibility for their ministry and ongoing participation. The dancers are also responsible for their personal development model for improving self-confidence, teamwork, and leadership.
